Guardian Motion Control is a trading division of Lift Turn Move Ltd, which was established in September 2004, and is based in Bromborough, Wirral. LTM is a financially independent company which is wholly owned and operated by the people who run the business day by day, this ensures decisions can be made quickly and customer service is top priority. A flat hierarchy, short decision making processes, team work and individual solutions - this is LTM.

We pride ourselves on fast response and delivery, we hold an extensive range of equipment and spare parts at our premises, orders and repairs can be turned round at speed. LTM understand the needs of industries where service is critical.

John Jones and David King run the business with Jenny Hobday, Dan Holme, James Porter, Robert Price, Susan Sweeney and Daniel Heath in management, sales and support roles. We also have an outside sales engineer on industrial equipment - Peter Ashford.

Dave Ward is LTM’s Technical Manager and is joined in the workshop by Geoff Cromwell, Wade Taylor, Mike Cromwell, Jack Triggs and Jim Marshall - all Engineers. Together we boast close to 200 man years of lifting experience.

We are full members of LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association).

LTM operates in two separate but related business areas.

We supply an extensive range of Lifting Equipment for the Professional Entertainment Industry. This includes the CM Lodestar & Prostar electric chain hoists, hoist controllers, flight cases and an assorted range of Lifting Equipment.

We also supply Industrial Lifting Equipment, covering Manual Hoists, Hand & Electric winches, Jacks and a range of Materials Handling Equipment.

An extensive range of equipment is available from LTM including many "off the shelf problem solvers", if you have any unusual requirements we will be pleased to source equipment for you - we have extensive knowledge of "who makes what" in Europe and beyond.

LTM started building Guardian Hoist Controllers in 2005, the range started with simple flight cased units. We have since moved into rack mounted and wall mounted controllers and build specials to suit your exact demands. A range of simple handsets are offered from the unique CM pickle through to specially developed handsets for Direct Control or Low Voltage Controlled Hoists.

We also supply Industrial Lifting Equipment, covering Manual Hoisting Equipment, Hand & Electric Winches and Jacking Equipment.
