Guardian Hoist Controller
Rack Mounted

LTM build a range of higher specification controllers in rack mounted enclosures. These have a wider range of options than the standard flight cased units. The controllers can be supplied with or without flight cases so that you can build these into your design of case if required.

We start with rack mount enclosures. We build the electrical components onto shelves in the housing frame and complete the unit with rack mounted front and rear panels with cut outs as required for the face mounted components.

The rear panel has CEE outlets for power/ control for each hoist and a CEE inlet connector.

The front panel has breakers - one for each two hoists, phase reverse switch, Led power on light and a lockable E Stop.

Control on these units is via remote control- The front face of the controller has a connector for the handset to plug into. The handsets come in various options but generally have toggle switches for each hoist with up, neutral and down. A Go button and lockable E Stop allow control of the hoists individually or together. Control cable, 15m long is provided as standard.

Controllers for both Direct Control and Low Voltage Controlled hoists are available for 400V, 3 Ph, 50Hz power supply as are single phase units for 220V, 1Ph, 50Hz

We offer these controllers in 4, 6, 8, 12 or 20 channel as standard but can manufacture to suit your requirements.

Led indication for directional information on handsets

Linkable Controllers, these controllers generally have local and remote controls. When used individually they operate via the handset when it is connected. When the handset is not connected the local controls mounted on the controller are used.

When two controllers are used together and linked the controllers revert to local controls with the master controller Go button operating all hoists connected irrespective of which controller they are plugged into.
Any E-Stop will stop the hoist operation.
